1. The membership card is the property of the Diamond Club Hilton Prague.
2. Membership privileges will be automatically granted on presentation of a valid membership card.
3. The card must be signed by the member and is not transferable. The only exception is a transferable company membership card.
4. The Diamond Club card is valid for one year and is for personal use only.
5. Membership is valid until the expiry date on the card (MM/YY).
6. Diamond Club will not extend any voucher that is unused on the membership expiry date, as stated on the reverse of each voucher.
7. Voucher certificates are non transferable.
8. The membership card is the responsibility of the member.
9. Loss or theft of the membership card should be reported to the Diamond Club office immediately.
10. An administration fee may be charged for the cost of replacing the card.
11. Vouchers accompanying the card will not be replaced in the case of loss or theft.
12. The Diamond Club membership card can not be used in conjunction with any other cards or special offers.
13. Membership benefits apply as determined and advised by each host hotel.
14. The Diamond Club membership card may not be valid on 1st January, 14th February, 8th March, Easter and 24th, 25th, 31st of December.
15. Diamond Club membership may be cancelled within 21 days of the subscription date for no additional charge.
16. For total reimbursement of the subscription, the complete and unused membership pack must be returned to the Diamond Club office, within the 21 day period.
17. If the card is signed or any of the benefits redeemed (vouchers or discounts) within the 21 day period, cancellation of membership is prohibited.
18. Listings of participating hotels may be modified without prior notice; members can contact the Diamond Club office for an up-to-date list, as required.
19. The Diamond Club reserves the right to review and amend any of the membership benefits, as well as terms and conditions, without prior notice.
